Funded Courses

We work in partnership with external organisations to offer training provision to individuals that is fully funded, through the European Social Fund (ESF).

Our funded training provision is aimed at those individuals who are unemployed, are under the threat of redundancy from their employer or who have recently been made redundant.

Our funded training provision is designed to offer individuals specialist, tailored training courses and learning programmes which upskill them and prepare them for re-entry into the labour market.

By working in partnership with JobCentre Plus and other support organisations in the Tees Valley, we have provided fully funded training courses to over 250 individuals in the 2010/2011. Our specialist, end to end provision enables us to progress individuals from training into employment, and we can also work closely with clients and employers who are carrying out recruitment, to provide them with individuals who are trained to their specification, at no cost to their organisation.
