Facilities

Location

The location of our state of the art premises was chosen to ensure accessibility for all individuals undertaking training courses throughout the Tees Valley and beyond. 

We are located in close proximity to all of the regions major roads, including the A66, A19 and A1 motorway and we also benefit from being located between both Eaglescliffe and Thornaby Train Stations.  We are positioned on the main bus route between Yarm, Middlesbrough & Stockton-on-Tees and for those travelling in their own vehicles, our offices offer ample free parking.

Training Rooms

Our training rooms are fully equipped with a 52” interactive white boards and have ceiling mounted, remote controlled projectors, ensuring that the best in visual interactive presentation can be achieved. 

Classrooms are all equipped with comfortable seating and versatile table units which can be arrange to offer various layouts, dependant on the intended method of lecture delivery and student participation. These can be arranged into the traditional “U” shape, board room style or can be arranged for syndicate working.

We have a designated training room for the delivery of City and Guilds Electrical courses and practical testing and inspection boards are based within these rooms for practical work and examinations.  We also have a designated training room which is used for online examinations only, such as City and Guilds and CSCS exams. 

We have a break out room available for delegates use and this has a range of vending machines available for use. 

Conference Facility

We have a large conference room available for hire which holds approximately 100 delegates.  The conference room can be used for meetings, conferences and exhibitions and is fully equipped with a ceiling mounted, remote controlled projector, IT facilities and air conditioning. 

Office Space for Hire

We have several offices of varying sizes available within our building which are available for rent.
