We are a provider of practical, industry based learning programmes and instructional training courses.  We provide a wide range of accredited training courses from our state of the art Training Centre in Stockton-on-Tees, ranging from Health and Safety, Electrical Installation, IT, First Aid and Security. 

We are accredited by the British Accreditation Council for Independent Further and Higher Education as a short course provider.

Keeping Britain's lights on will come at a price

On Wednesday January 16, due to unplanned outages and cold weather, National Grid had to find power to supply roughly a million homes to keep the lights on. Fawley, an oil-fired plant in Hampshire, was one of the power stations that responded. Next winter Fawley will not be there. Indeed, about 10pc of our current generation stock goes next month as coal and oil-fired power stations close earlier than expected to meet environmental targets.

Libya makes onshore oil, gas discovery

TRIPOLI, Libya, Feb. 15 (UPI) -- The Libyan National Oil Corp. announced an oil and natural gas discovery hundreds of miles inland with Algerian company Sonatrach. Libya's oil company and state-owned Sonatrach announced the discovery of an oil and gas deposit about 370 miles southwest of Tripoli. The field is expected to yield about 8,200 barrels per day once development gets under way, Bloomberg News reports.
